Description
The Oscietra Caviar Imperial is taken from the Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii after 10 – 12 years and has the typical Oscietra nutty touch that connoisseurs love about it. The taste of the caviar is neither too spicy nor very mild, making it a real caviar for almost every taste. In terms of color, it tends towards lighter shades of brown. In terms of its characteristics, it lies between the rather spicy caviar from Siberian sturgeon (A. Baerii) and the mildest roe, Beluga Caviar. This makes Russian sturgeon caviar a true all-rounder that will suit the taste of most connoisseurs.
