Description
For those who prefer a strong caviar, our Baerii Premier is the right choice as it is by far the spiciest roe, which can also be enjoyed with wines or champagnes full of character, as its taste is not as delicate as Oscietra or even Beluga Caviar.
In terms of color, Siberian sturgeon caviar is the darkest and comes closest to black, although shades of brown are also possible here. With a grain diameter of around 2 mm, sturgeon roe is also the smallest of all the varieties we stock.
