A unique caviar with a silky taste. Our Baeri Permier Cru from Acipenser Baerii comes from Siberian sturgeon. Its medium-sized grain shines anthracite to amber in color. Its delicately melting grain with a nutty taste makes this caviar very popular with star chefs and amateur chefs alike.

Acipenser schrenckii / Huso dauricus. This caviar is farmed in the middle of the Chinese mountains. The large grain shimmers golden and impresses with a very balanced salting – a fine and subtle classic, with a creamy, nutty taste and a pleasant finish.

Kaluga caviar from the Huso dauricus sturgeon originates from the Amur River basin between Russia and China. Huso dauricus and Beluga HusoHuso differ mainly in the color and size of the grains. The caviar pearls of Kaluga caviar offer the typical Beluga characteristics and delight the palate with a unique combination of delicacy and intensity.
The caviar of the star chefs. Our Oscietra Premier Cru of Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) comes from one of the purest rivers in the world, the Rio Negro. Its medium-sized grain shines golden brown. Oscietra, with its characterful, slightly nutty flavor and a soft finish that lingers on the palate, is an absolute top caviar. With its excellent quality, this caviar is particularly popular with star chefs and will win over any gourmet.
